HOW DO YOUR T-SHIRTS FIT?
Our t-shirts are a unisex cut so they similar to a Men's slim-fit tee. For Women, we suggest sizing down. If you want to wear your shirt looser over leggings then we recommend sticking with your normal size.
For Men, we suggest sizing up for a normal fit. If you like your shirts slim fitting then we recommend ordering your normal size.
HOW ARE YOUR SHIRTS PRINTED?
All of our shirts and hoodies are printed using DTG printers. Direct to Garment (DTG) is a method where a printer directly applies the ink onto the t-shirt with inkjet technology. It involves a special printer that prints the ink directly onto the garment with precision. DTG printers use specialty inks which are absorbed by the fibers of the garment.
I JUST ORDERED A SHIRT. WHEN WILL IT ARRIVE?
Covid-19 policy: Be prepared for delays. Our fulfillment times will be longer than usual, and may continue to increase until things get back to normal. The entire industry is grappling with challenges and we're seeing delays in our supply chain, including distributors and shipping carriers.
Normal policy: Our products are produced on demand especially for you. Our shirts and hoodies are usually printed 2-3 business days after your order. Once we ship, you'll receive an email with your tracking number (please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to update once received).
Once shipped, it should reach you in a few days (United States - maybe a bit longer to the west coast) or a few weeks (outside of the US).
I PLACED AN ORDER BUT DIDN'T RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL...WHAT'S GOING ON?
Kindly check your SPAM folder to see if your confirmation email was sent there. Also, if you email us without a response - this is highly uncharacteristic of us! Our emails may be getting rejected by your email provider. You can help ensure delivery by emailing us directly at email@example.com
OH NO, I MESSED UP MY ORDER! CAN I CHANGE IT?
If this happens to you, please email us as soon as you can to firstname.lastname@example.org and we MIGHT be able to take care of it. However, we can't make any promises. All of our shirts are printed on demand so we usually start immediately after you order and may even ship out the same day. If your order has already been printed or shipped, we'll still try to make it right. We care & know how frustrating it can be to pay for something you can't use.
WHAT’S YOUR REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY?
RETURNS: Each order is custom and unique and therefore we do not accept returns unless there is a defect with the order. In the rare event that an order is shipped with a defect, we will offer a replacement if the defect is reported within 30 days. If there is a defect and the customer does not want a replacement, a refund will be provided.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCT: Oh no! If there’s something wrong with your order (defective product, sent the wrong size, etc.), please email us at email@example.com and tell us your order number and how we messed up. If this happens, know that we will take care of you and cover all costs of getting you the right item.
EXCHANGES: As every order is printed on demand, we do not accept returns or replacements in the case where the customers needs a smaller or larger size.
Please DO NOT send your items back to us without emailing first. Please give us a chance to help you and identify the most efficient and effective way to resolve your issue.
